Tortellini Salad Skewers

Instructions

  • Boil the tortellini according to the package instructions then allow to cool a bit.
  • Add 1/2 cup of Pesto to the cooked tortellini and gently mix to coat.
  • Pour remaining ½ cup of Pesto into a ramekin, drain the Marinated Artichoke Hearts, get the Arla® Havarti Cheese Slices ready, and prep all of the other salad skewer ingredients.
  • Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers and serve on a serving platter with the pesto.
